You will need to sign in to the website in order to view and pay for the class rental.
If you don't have log-in details it's quick and easy to set up click here.
Click on the video that you want to rent and it will take you to the checkout page.
Once you've paid for the rental, a thank you message will pop up. Close that window and click on the video that you have rented - it will take you to the recorded class. Click "Play" and you are good to go.
The video will be available to you for 24 hours.
You will also receive a "Thanks for Renting" email which will have a link to the video which will also be live for 24 hours.
Remember you need to be logged-in in order to view the class.

An introduction to taking a Callanetics class with me, Linda. We'll touch on some of the foundational positions, so you can get familiar with my cueing of the movements and my teaching style. This is by no means a pre-requisite for taking a live class (in person or online) with me, but will hopefully help you discover the unique Callanetics technique and get to know the wonderful feeling it can give you.

Full Body Stretch

Stretch your body from your toes to your neck and everything in between. A great antidote for when your overworked body feels tired and heavy. This gentle (yet powerful) stretch class helps to release some tension in all the right spots. Feel lighter and move easier afterwards. Do it regularly to keep your body supple. Go easy, be gentle, exhale...and reap the rewards. (This class is meant to make you feel good, not about working to your max. Dial it back. Never force a stretch, and take your breaks. In other words, listen to your body.) All you need is some floor space, a chair, a cushion and a rolled up towel.

360° Hips

Stiff from sitting all day? Free up your hips with this 20 minute stretch class dedicated to the hip area, coaxing a little more mobility around your hip joints and ease some stiffness. Our hip joints are designed to move in multiple ways - flex/extend, adduct/abduct, and internally/externally rotate. However, in our sedentary culture, they don't often get the chance to move which can result in stiffness in the joint and surrounding tissues. This class takes you through varied motions to help undo the chair shaped position out of our bodies. Find some wall space and grab a cushion/pillow, and let's free up those hips!
