Private classes

Private classes are available in the comfort of your own home.  No special equipment required.

Want to include a friend or more? No problem, please email to enquire.

Corporate classes

Workout at your office.  Before or after your work, or during your lunch break.  Callanetics™ exercises are non-aerobic so no need to shower after.  Classes can be condensed to 45 mins for convenience.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the community centres closed in mid-March and in person classes were cancelled.

Classes moved online via Zoom (click here for the class schedule and booking information).

Some community centres are reopening slowly for priority services/programs and with limited opening hours.

Creekside and Kitsilano community centres are planning to offer Callanetics classes starting January 2020 (see details below).

Obviously we'll be staying updated with the latest provincial health rules and will be playing things by ear.

Strict protocols will be in place and participants will be asked to bring their own mats and props.
