About the class

The unique CALLANETICS exercise method promotes deep muscle tone throughout the entire body increasing flexibility, strength and improving posture. Using a combination of mat work and ballet barre work, precise positioning and tiny movements, CALLANETICS exercises tighten, tone and lift muscles fast. You lose inches and you feel great! The online classes are as close to an in person class as possible. You can see me, I can see you. You still get personal instruction and corrections. Cost: $16, or less with one of the class passes available under the Pricing tab. After you book the class, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to join us via Zoom. Please try to make sure that I can see as much of you as possible. You'll have the chance to adjust the camera angle when we change positions. Set the screen to "Speaker View" so that I'm the main person on your screen. I'll put everyone on mute during the class so that you don't have to worry about any background noise and everyone can hear me clearly. Props: You will need a chair (dining chair or similar), a half dome/yoga block (or you can use a folded blanket or rolled up towel), and a yoga strap (you can use an old scarf or bath robe belt). Want the recording? Classes are recorded (only I appear on the recording). The link to the recording is sent to all those who are booked into the class but who don't join the live session. Recordings are available for 30 hours. If you want the recording, book in to the class as you would normally and I'll send you the link when it comes through after the class. International bookings are accepted. Classes are in English.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 12 hours prior to class start time will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Purchases are non-transferable and all sales are final.
