Group Callanetics™ class at Douglas Park

Come join us for a workout at the beautiful Douglas Park. We meet at the corner of 20th Ave. and Heather to start the class at 9am on Wednesdays during the summer (weather dependent). I will assess the weather forecast each Monday and make the call whether the class will run outside or not. If the forecast is for rain, I will substitute the outdoor class for a class online at the same time. Please dress accordingly - I recommend layers that can be taken off or put on depending on the temperature. You might want sunglasses, a sun hat, sunscreen. You might want a sweater in case it's on the cooler side. The grass can be damp at that time of day so you will want to bring something you can place underneath you - a yoga mat or beach towel (I use both so I'm double layered, but you can use a camping tarp, camping mat, an old plastic table cloth - you can definitely get creative and just use what you have at hand). Cost: $12, or less with one of the class passes available under the Pricing tab. Props: As mentioned above - bring something to lay on. Bring a yoga strap (you can use an old scarf or bath robe belt). And if you have your own dome, please bring that, I can bring extras for anyone who doesn't.
