Rent a Class

Rent a class to do on your own schedule.

New classes available to rent. These videos will be available from April 1 - 23.

 

Bookmark this page! It will not be available to the general public and you won't be able to find it on the website.

  • You will need to sign in to the website in order to view and pay for the class rental.

  • If you don't have log-in details it's quick and easy to set up click here.

  • Click on the video that you want to rent and it will take you to the checkout page.

  • Once you've paid for the rental, a thank you message will pop up. Close that window and click on the video that you have rented - it will take you to the recorded class. Click "Play" and you are good to go.

  • The video will be available to you for 24 hours.

  • You will also receive a "Thanks for Renting" email which will have a link to the video which will also be live for 24 hours.

  • Remember you need to be logged-in in order to view the class.

  • Turn up your volume!

By paying for any of the below classes, you assume all risk and understand that the instructor (Linda Shedden) will not be able to check your positions. You will take full responsibility for your own health and safety.

Our hip joints are designed to move in multiple ways - flex/extend, adduct/abduct (draw inward/move outward), and internally/externally rotate. However, in our sedentary culture, they don't often get the chance to move which can result in stiffness in the joint and surrounding tissues.

This 20 minute stretch class takes you through a few positions which help to coax a little more mobility around your hip joints and ease some of that stiffness.

All you need is some wall space and a cushion/pillow.
