* For a person who is not a fan of exercise classes, but has tried them all, I have been going to Linda's Callanetics class for a year now, and still love it. I think the results that I see in the mirror are what keep me motivated. Yes, inches have been lost, shape is shaping up, but best of all, cellulite is disappearing and skin is smoothing out. * As an nurse, I often don't have time to attend regular exercise classes but thanks to Linda's flexible schedule, I am able to attend a class consistently each week. I always look forward to attending callanetics because I find the classes to be challenging and enjoyable. After attending callanetics classes for almost a year, I have seen both my core strength and flexibility greatly improve.
