About classes

CALLANETICS exercises are suitable for a vast range of people no matter of age, size or fitness level.  Even those who consider themselves uncoordinated gain control of their bodies.  All exercises can be adapted depending on your ability, and tailored to your own needs.  CALLANETICS classes are kept small (max 10 people per class) to ensure everyone gets individualized and personalized instruction.  The teacher will monitor body positioning for safety, and can make adjustments so that the student continues to be challenged and continues to get enjoyment from the program.

Classes traditionally last for one hour.  No special equipment is required, just a yoga mat (or similar) for the floor exercises.

Remember, CALLANETICS exercises were designed to alleviate back pain.  Take control of your body instead of it controlling you!

Private classes

Private classes are available in the comfort of your own home, mainly in the westside or downtown.  Please contact Linda to book or for more information.  If you live further away, prices will increase.

Corporate classes

If you would like to arrange a class for your staff or colleagues, whether in a lunch hour or after work, please contact Linda to discuss further.  CALLANETICS is an ideal exercise program for lunch hours as it's completely non-aerobic so there is no need to schedule time in for a shower.
